'John Wick 4' ranks first on the first day of release

The movie 'John Wick 4' took first place at the box office on the first day of its release.

According to the Korean Film Council's integrated theater ticket network on the 13th, 'John Wick 4', which was released on the 12th, mobilized 113,150 people. A preview screening was held before release, and the cumulative number of viewers reached 152,291.

This figure exceeds the opening score of ‘The First Slam Dunk’ of 62,090. It is also the highest opening score among April releases since 2020.

‘John Wick 4’ surpassed 100,000 advance reservations on April 11, a day before its release. Not only is it a box office hit, but it is also receiving rave reviews. At 7 a.m. on the 13th, CGV Golden Egg recorded 95%, Lotte Cinema audience rating of 9.3, and Megabox actual audience rating of 9.

Meanwhile, 'John Wick 4' is an action blockbuster that tells the story of John Wick, who risks everything for freedom and embarks on a huge war to overthrow the Supreme Council, and is being screened to rave reviews in theaters across the country.
