The movie '1947 Boston', which deals with the touching true story of Korea's first national marathon runners, is about to be released on Chuseok.

The movie '1947 Boston', which released a special poster and special trailer on Liberation Day on the 14th, tells the story of marathon runners' challenges and thrilling journey to compete in an international competition wearing the Taegeuk mark for the first time after liberation in 1947.

In the special poster and trailer, the 1936 Berlin Olympics gold medalist Sohn Ki-jung (Ha Jeong-woo), who was even deprived of victory during the Japanese colonial period, and the national team member Seo Yun-bok (Im Si-wan), who participated in the 1947 Boston Marathon with the Taegeuk mark on their chest for the first time in their liberated homeland. This was revealed and left a lasting impression.

'1947 Boston' is a Korean marathon legend, Sohn Gi-jeong, who covered the Japanese flag with a flowerpot on the podium at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, but was unable to run anymore due to Japanese oppression. A work of process.
