'Criminal City 3' added 190,000 ↑, overwhelming 1st place on the 9th day
Actor Ma Dong-seok's nuclear fist is working hard on the 9th day of release.

According to the Korea Film Promotion Commission's integrated computer network for movie theater tickets, 'Crime City 3' (director Lee Sang-yong) attracted 192,055 people from 2109 screens on the 8th, recording a cumulative audience of 6,459,749.

'Criminal City 3' surpassed 6 million viewers in 7 days after its release on the 31st of last month, turning on the green light for 10 million films. This is the same level as the speed at which the highest-grossing Korean films ever released, 'Myeongryang' (2014) and 'Train to Busan' (2016) mobilized 6 million viewers. This work is the first movie to be seen by 6 million viewers this year, and it is expected that it will continue to break records in the future.

'Crime City 3' is an irreplaceable monster detective Ma Seok-do (Ma Dong-seok) moves to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency to catch Joo Seong-cheol (Lee Jun-hyeok), who is behind a new drug crime case, and Ricky (Aoki Munetaka), another villain involved in a drug case. 'Transformers: The Beginning of the Beast' (director Stephen Kaple Jr., hereinafter referred to as 'Transformers 6') mobilized 32,255 viewers through 1091 screens, ranking second at the box office. 'Transformers 6' is a movie depicting the battle between the Autobots and the Maximal in the face of the emergence of a powerful villain.

3rd place was 'Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3' (6041 people), 4th place was 'Fast and Furious: Ride or Die' (3609 people), and 5th place was 'The Little Mermaid' (2486 people).
