Actress Park Kyung-hye Shares Hilarious Apartment Hunting Stories on YouTube

Actress Park Kyung-hye recently shared some amusing anecdotes from her apartment hunting experiences.

On October 4th, Park Kyung-hye's YouTube channel 'Kyung-hye's World' released a video titled 'Answering All Your Questions About Living Alone | Listen EP1'. In the video, Park Kyung-hye took time to answer subscribers' questions about living independently.

During the video, she read a story from a subscriber in their late 30s who was starting to live alone for the first time and offered practical advice on what to consider before moving out. Park Kyung-hye advised, "Make a precise budget. You need to find a place that fits within your budget."

She added, "You need to inspect the house carefully. I felt it was impolite to look at the belongings of the previous tenant, so I just glanced around from the entrance." She continued, "Make sure to check for mold, the condition of the bathroom, and discuss with the landlord any repairs that can be made before moving in." Park Kyung-hye humorously admitted, "I didn't know about these things. I ended up contacting a cleaning service after noticing issues, but due to scheduling conflicts, I had to sleep on the floor for 2-3 days."

One particularly amusing story involved her direct question to a previous tenant. Park Kyung-hye recounted, "When I visited another place, I noticed insect repellent on top of the fridge, which made me suspect cockroaches. So, I asked the previous tenant, 'I'm sorry, but could you honestly tell me if you've seen any cockroaches here?'" She added, "The tenant said there were no cockroaches, just some flies and small bugs, which I considered a relief."

The video garnered comments from viewers expressing their support and empathy, such as "I'm about to live alone too, and I totally relate," "Preparing to live alone isn't easy," and "This is valuable advice."

Previously, on September 17th, Park Kyung-hye appeared on the MBC variety show 'I Live Alone', where she showcased her real-life experience of living independently. Despite the visible rust and mold in her home, she optimistically stated, "I think I can manage well with proper maintenance."

Meanwhile, Park Kyung-hye is also known for her close friendship with Girl's Day's Hyeri, frequently appearing on Hyeri's YouTube channel, showcasing their special bond.
