Comedian Couple Kim Seung-hye and Kim Hae-jun Announce Pregnancy

Comedian couple Kim Seung-hye and Kim Hae-jun have shared the joyous news of their pregnancy.

On the 4th, Kim Seung-hye announced her pregnancy through a video titled 'Everyone, I'm Pregnant♥' on her YouTube channel.

In the video, Kim Seung-hye expressed her happiness, saying, "Everyone, I'm pregnant." She revealed, "I got pregnant the first month we started trying, but I went through a chemical pregnancy, which was very difficult." She thanked her viewers, saying, "Thanks to everyone's prayers and support, I was able to endure it."

She also shared her heartfelt wishes for others in similar situations. Kim Seung-hye said, "I hope everyone preparing for pregnancy receives my pregnancy vibes and hears good news soon," offering encouragement to women in similar circumstances.

However, the journey to pregnancy was not without its challenges. Reflecting on the moment she saw two lines on the pregnancy test, Kim Seung-hye said, "I was so happy, but as time went on, the line started to fade, which made me anxious." Upon visiting the hospital, she was diagnosed with elevated thyroid levels and was prescribed medication and additional tests.

Kim Seung-hye's preparation for pregnancy took about six months. She explained, "I took ovulation medication prescribed by the hospital and also underwent hyperovulation injections this time." She candidly shared the realistic process by showing herself administering the injections, saying, "I was so nervous at first. I was scared of the needle, but it wasn't as painful as I thought."

The pivotal moment came on the 9th day of ovulation. Kim Seung-hye said, "I wasn't planning to take a test, but I was too curious," and revealed the result was 'two lines.' She confessed, "I was so happy but also scared. Having experienced two miscarriages, I was unsure if I should share the news immediately."

Overwhelmed with emotion, Kim Seung-hye said, "Finally, something like this has happened to me," yet remained cautious, stating, "I haven't told my husband yet. I wanted to confirm the baby's presence and share the news with a photo."

After confirming with an ultrasound, she prepared an 'immigration' event with ultrasound photos and pregnancy tests. Her husband, Kim Hae-jun, asked, "Is it true?" to which Kim Seung-hye replied, "Congratulations on becoming a dad," sharing a joyful embrace.

Meanwhile, Kim Seung-hye and Kim Hae-jun, who got married in October 2024, announced their pregnancy today (the 4th).
