Netflix's 'Single's Inferno 4' Star Dong-ho Kook Faces School Bullying Allegations
Dong-ho Kook, a certified public accountant who gained fame as a contestant on Netflix's 'Single's Inferno 4,' is embroiled in allegations of school bullying. Kook's representatives have stated they are "currently verifying the facts."

On the 4th, Kook's agency told TenAsia, "We are in the process of confirming the facts and seeking legal advice."

The allegations against Kook surfaced when a current lawyer, identified as A, claimed to be a victim of school bullying and mentioned Kook by name. On the 3rd, A took to social media, stating, "During my school days, I was bullied by the popular kids," and added, "Dong-ho Kook, who was the boyfriend of the main bully B, would publicly confess his love to me in front of others, including his girlfriend, and laugh about it." A further claimed, "I heard he quit his professional job to become an influencer after appearing on 'Single's Inferno.' While he was on the show, I lived in hell." A also described incidents where B allegedly placed thumbtacks on A's chair and glued A's locker shut, claiming Kook was aware and enjoyed these acts.

A provided additional details about the alleged bullying, mentioning another individual, C, who reportedly instructed others to hit A with a badminton racket and engage in similar acts of harassment. A expressed frustration, stating, "One person lives as an influencer, and another works at a law firm representing victims like me. How long must victims endure?" A concluded by saying, "It is my duty to continue working as a lawyer for victims."

A also mentioned receiving a call from Kook's agency, who allegedly claimed not to know A. A questioned, "Would the perpetrator even remember the victim?" and requested anyone familiar with Kook's reputation as a notorious bully to contact them directly.
