K-Pop Star and Actor Kim Woo-seok Completes Military Service and Returns to Fans

Kim Woo-seok, the singer and actor born in 1996, has completed his mandatory military service and returned to his fans.

On November 3rd, Kim Woo-seok announced his discharge from active duty in the South Korean Army. He marked the end of his military service with a brief message, "Discharged," on his social media.

Kim Woo-seok enlisted in the army on November 4, 2024, serving diligently as a military band member. Notably, just ten days before his enlistment, he confirmed his relationship with actress Kang Na-eon, which garnered significant attention. The two met while co-starring as leads in the web drama '0th Period is Insider Time,' released in October 2024, where their on-screen romance blossomed into a real-life relationship.

Kim Woo-seok debuted in 2015 with the group UP10TION, managed by TOP Media. He later gained further recognition by finishing second on Mnet's 'Produce X 101,' leading to his re-debut with X1. However, the group disbanded due to a voting manipulation controversy. In March 2024, Kim signed an exclusive contract with the actor-specialized agency Blitzway, focusing on his acting career.
