Singer Lee Ji-hoon's Wife Ayane Announces Pregnancy After Two Miscarriages

Singer Lee Ji-hoon's wife, Ayane, is expecting their second child after experiencing two miscarriages.

On the YouTube channel 'Lee Ji-hoon Ayane's Jia Life,' a video titled 'The IVF Results Are Out' was posted on the 1st.

In the video, singer and actor Lee Ji-hoon and his wife Ayane were seen shedding tears as they confirmed the heartbeat of their second child following IVF treatment.

Ayane explained, "Today marks the start of injections and medication leading up to the implantation day," detailing her complex medication schedule. She shared, "I have to take three different medications at intervals, so I have to think about them all morning." The burden increased after the second miscarriage as more medications were added.

The injections were also challenging. Her abdomen was already bruised. Ayane expressed her hope, "I have to get an injection once a day. I hope this is the last time." She continued, "They said I could take it every other day if it hurts, but I decided to take it daily to avoid any regrets. I want to do this without regrets, even if it fails."

On the day of the implantation, the couple visited the hospital. Lee Ji-hoon admitted, "I was so nervous I couldn't sleep," while Ayane calmly responded, "I feel at ease." After the procedure, Ayane explained, "We implanted one normal embryo."

Finally, during the 8-week ultrasound, Ayane shared in a trembling voice, "We confirmed the heartbeat." She added, "I was so nervous that we wouldn't hear it. I was waiting for this moment," and eventually broke into tears.

When she faced her husband, Lee Ji-hoon, her emotions overflowed. Ayane expressed, "I'm so happy," while crying, and said, "I can already see the baby. I think I can proudly wear a maternity badge now."

Despite the joy, they remained cautious. Ayane confessed, "Even with IVF, it's uncertain why it works. It seems like a matter only heaven knows," and added, "We can't be completely relieved yet."

Meanwhile, Lee Ji-hoon and Ayane married in 2021 and welcomed their first daughter through IVF treatment. They embarked on another journey for a second child, and after two miscarriages, they have recently succeeded in conceiving.
