FTISLAND's Lee Hong-gi Stuns Fans with 14kg Weight Loss and New Look

Former FTISLAND member Lee Hong-gi has revealed a significantly slimmer figure after losing 14kg.

On the 28th, the YouTube channel 'Hongkijongki' released a teaser video titled 'When is Hongkijongki coming? 3, 2, 1 Now!'. In the video, Lee Hong-gi appeared in front of the camera for the first time in about eight months, saying, "It seems like it's been a while since I greeted you."

He explained, "I'm currently in Osaka. I've been busy with overseas tours and various activities, so it seems like I'm greeting you again after about eight months." He added, "I've been busy with tours. A lot has changed with my hair. I bleached it, but now it's black again," sharing some personal updates.

Lee Hong-gi expressed gratitude, saying, "Due to the busy tour schedule, I couldn't film as many videos as I originally planned, so I took a break from the YouTube channel, but fortunately, the subscribers increased." He also mentioned, "I will try to conduct live broadcasts where we can communicate and sing together as much as possible every week."

Particularly, his noticeably slimmer appearance caught attention. Wearing a black tank top and a baseball cap, he flaunted a sharp jawline and distinct features. He humorously acknowledged his drastic weight loss, saying, "It might feel like I'm not myself because I've lost so much weight, but it's still Lee Hong-gi," bringing laughter.

Meanwhile, Lee Hong-gi previously revealed in February during a fan meeting that he had lost a total of 14kg. He confessed, "I started because of a role, but during the diet, I realized I had been eating a lot of unnecessary food. It felt new, as if I had never been this slim before."
