Kim Eui-young Tops Poll as Most Desired Female Trot Singer for a Spring Drive

Kim Eui-young has been voted as the number one female trot singer people want to go on a spring drive with.

From the 20th to the 26th, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which female trot singer would you like to go on a spring drive with?' Kim Eui-young emerged as the winner.

Kim Eui-young debuted as a trot singer after finishing in the TOP5 on TV Chosun's entertainment show 'Miss Trot 2' in 2020. In May of last year, she released her fourth single 'STARTrot PART.1', produced by Kim Hyung-seok. The title track 'Do Whatever You Want' is a bright and cheerful dance trot song that highlights Kim Eui-young's refreshing charm.

Jeon Yu-jin came in second place. She is known from the Pohang Beach National Song Festival and debuted in March 2020 with the digital single 'Would You Like to Love?'. She later won first place on 'Current King of Singers'. On the 26th of last month, she released a new song titled 'Go Go'.

Kim Yeon-ji secured the third spot. She recently appeared on JTBC's 'Newsroom' on the 11th with fellow SeeYa members Nam Gyu-ri and Lee Bo-ram, sharing their thoughts on reuniting after 15 years and their future plans. The trio reflected on their past and shared sincere stories after a long hiatus.

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to go on a train trip with in the warm weather?', 'Which male singer would you like to go on a train trip with in the warm weather?', 'Which female trot singer would you like to go on a train trip with in the warm weather?', and 'Which male trot singer would you like to go on a train trip with in the warm weather?'.
