Rapper Lee Young-ji recently revealed that she underwent cosmetic surgery.

On the 19th, Lee Young-ji attended the 'DxS 'Soya Song' ON STAGE' concert by SEVENTEEN unit members Dokyeom and Seungkwan at Inspire Arena as a guest. Wearing sunglasses on stage, she performed 'Fighting' by BSS alongside Dokyeom and Seungkwan, energizing the audience.

During the performance, Lee Young-ji explained why she was wearing sunglasses. She shared, "I recently had under-eye fat repositioning surgery," and wanted to clarify so it wouldn't seem disrespectful to wear sunglasses during the senior artists' performance. After Dokyeom and Seungkwan reacted, Lee Young-ji thanked the audience for their understanding and concluded the conversation.

Later, in a session with fans, Lee Young-ji shared more about her surgery experience. She said, "I had under-eye fat repositioning. It's the first and last time in my life. I thought about it for four years," adding, "People always asked if I was tired when I wasn't, and it was always a concern. I won't do anything else in the future."
