Jeong Seung-je, a renowned math instructor reportedly earning over 10 billion KRW annually, stars in the tcast E Channel show 'Jeong Seung-je's Boarding House,' which achieved a double victory at the '2026 Cable TV Awards.'

The show was honored at the '2026 Cable TV Awards,' hosted by the Korea Cable TV Association, held on the 15th at Hotel Naru Seoul MGallery in Mapo-gu, Seoul. It won the Entertainment Program Award, and Jeong Seung-je himself received the K-Culture Star Award.

Celebrating its 20th year, the 'Cable TV Awards' is the only integrated awards ceremony in South Korea's pay-TV industry, encompassing both SO (System Operators) and PP (Program Providers). 'Jeong Seung-je's Boarding House' is a 'close mentoring reality show' aimed at young people navigating uncertain futures. The show has been recognized for both its artistic and entertainment value. Jeong Seung-je, in his first solo variety show, has been praised for providing 'life solutions' to today's youth, encouraging them to overcome the fear of failure and regain self-esteem, earning him the title of 'national mentor' beyond his reputation as a 'star math instructor.'
