Soyou, formerly of the group SISTAR, has unveiled her hip workout routine.

On the 13th, Soyou's YouTube channel 'Soyougi' featured a video titled 'How High Can Your Hips Go? | Pre-come Back Hip Workout.' In the video, Soyou visits the gym to manage her physique ahead of her comeback.

In the video, Soyou shares her lower body-focused workout routine and discusses her body transformation journey. After completing an intense hip workout with her trainer, she humorously mentioned, "I told my stylist I wouldn't increase my hip size anymore. I'm just filling the upper part."

She added, "As I always say, if you have no hips at all, it's really hard to make them bigger. You can lift sagging ones, but to increase size, you need carbohydrates." She expressed her belief that most women want a slim body with bigger hips, but it's not possible. Soyou also flaunted her toned lower body muscles, showcasing her fit physique.

Previously, she appeared on singer and actress Uhm Jung-hwa's YouTube channel, boasting about her 'hip pride,' revealing that her hip circumference once reached 40 inches.

Meanwhile, Soyou has amazed fans by revealing she lost 20kg through a strict diet on her YouTube channel. Addressing plastic surgery rumors, she confidently stated, "After losing weight, there were surgery rumors. People think I lost 10kg, but it was actually 20kg. Wouldn't that change your face shape?"
