They continued, "We showed an incorrect behavior due to ignorance," and added, "We deeply empathize with the discomfort pointed out and have immediately deleted and re-edited the scene." Additionally, Baek Ji-young and Jung Suk-won left another apology comment under their names. They stated, "We are more sorry than the production team for not being thorough due to our complacency," and promised, "We will strive to understand the viewers' feelings more than focusing on the success of the content." They also apologized to Coupang for not checking the usage instructions properly. They signed off with 'Baek Ji-young and Jung Suk-won' to convey their sincerity.

The previous day, the YouTube channel had uploaded a video titled 'The Story Behind Baek Ji-young and Jung Suk-won's Camping Trip with Juicy Pork Belly and Spicy Beef Soup.'

In the video, Baek Ji-young and Jung Suk-won went camping in the suburbs, packing their essentials in a Coupang Fresh Bag. This led to criticism from netizens, with comments like "How is this different from taking a shopping cart home?" and "It shows ignorance." Some netizens criticized the editing, calling it "cunning." However, others defended the couple, saying, "Mistakes happen," and "It's unfair to criticize them just because they are celebrities."
