Lee Jung-hyun married an orthopedic surgeon three years her junior in 2019. The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2022 and their second daughter in 2024, receiving much congratulations.

In 2023, Lee Jung-hyun purchased a building in Guwol-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon, for 19.44 billion KRW to open a clinic for her husband, Dr. Park. The property consists of two buildings, one with a basement and eight floors above ground, and the other with a basement and five floors, spanning a total of 1,800 pyeong. Lee Jung-hyun holds 99% of the shares, making her the primary owner.
