ILHOON's 'Merry go round' Tops Four Amazon Music Charts Simultaneously

Singer ILHOON's collaboration with producer PATEKO and rapper meenoi, the single 'Merry go round,' has achieved the remarkable feat of topping four Amazon Music charts simultaneously.

Released on March 26, the track soared to the number one spot on Amazon Music's International Best Seller, Movers & Shakers, Hot New Releases, and Far East Asia charts. It is rare for a single to dominate multiple major charts on Amazon at once.

The success on Amazon was mirrored on the iTunes charts as well. 'Merry go round' debuted at number 9 on the US iTunes K-pop chart, securing a spot in the Top 10, and has maintained its position within the top 22. Additionally, the single charted in Singapore at 18, Turkey at 22, and Canada at 41, showcasing its widespread appeal across North America, Asia, and Europe.

This single marks the first release from ILHOON's new collaboration project 'RGB SGNL.' The project aims to present diverse sounds through collaborations across genres and generations, with 'Merry go round' serving as its inaugural track.

According to Carpenter's Art Republic, ILHOON's agency, "We plan to release subsequent collaboration tracks sequentially and expand ILHOON's musical range through the RGB SGNL project."
