Comedians Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Lala Fail to Lose Weight on 'Hangout with Yoo'
The recent episode of MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo?' featured a special segment called 'Eat and Lose' where the cast attempted to manage their weight by eating and then exercising.
Yoo Jae-suk appeared in a pink outfit as 'Eugenie.' Comedians Lee Yong-jin and Lala were already waiting on set. Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and model Joo Woo-jae soon joined them. Yoo Jae-suk joked about Haha looking heavier, to which Haha humorously responded, 'It's my belly of desire!'
Before starting their activities, the cast weighed in. Joo Woo-jae weighed 75kg, Heo Kyung-hwan 79.3kg, Lee Yong-jin 75.75kg, and Haha 74.95kg. Yoo Jae-suk weighed in at 60.5kg, prompting others to call him 'skinny as a bone.' Lala, worried before stepping on the scale, weighed 77kg, negating her recent weight loss efforts.
The cast began their meal before exercising. Lee Yong-jin scolded Haha for seeking zero-calorie drinks. Joo Woo-jae complained of feeling full despite eating little, while Heo Kyung-hwan mentioned unfounded rumors about him. After eating, everyone gained weight, with Lala's weight increasing from 77kg to 79.9kg, surprising everyone.
The weight loss journey continued as the cast walked through a market, tempted by food. They moved to a mountain exercise facility, forming teams: Yoo Jae-suk, Joo Woo-jae, and Lee Yong-jin as 'Anchovy Team,' and Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Lala as 'Pig Team.' Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Lala humorously took on roles as black pig, white pig, and wild boar, respectively.
In a leg-splitting game, Heo Kyung-hwan struggled to overcome his physical limits. Haha tried to extend Heo Kyung-hwan's socks to gain an advantage, but their team lost. When questions arose about Yoo Jae-suk's lower body, he jokingly explained, 'It's because I put money in there.' Haha teased Yoo Jae-suk, asking, 'Sister, what's this?'
The final weigh-in before dinner showed Yoo Jae-suk, Joo Woo-jae, and Lee Yong-jin successfully losing weight. In contrast, Haha, Heo Kyung-hwan, and Lala gained weight. Lala concluded, 'It's just my body type.' The cast wrapped up the episode, promising to meet again.
