Comedian Yoon Taek Mourns the Loss of His Father at Age 83

Comedian Yoon Taek (real name Lim Yoon Taek) is mourning the loss of his father.

On the 29th, his agency, DCLE ENT, announced, "Yoon Taek's father, Lim Jong Gak, passed away this morning at the age of 83 after battling an illness. Yoon Taek is currently staying by the funeral with his family in deep sorrow."

The funeral is being held at Room 17 of the Sinchon Severance Hospital Funeral Hall in Seoul. The chief mourners include his sons Lim Sung Taek, Lim Min Taek, Yoon Taek (Lim Yoon Taek), and daughters-in-law So Jung Hwa and Kim Young Jo.

Yoon Taek recently appeared on the tvN show 'You Quiz on the Block' on the 25th, where he tearfully spoke about his father's critical health condition. He expressed his deep affection for his father and his desire to stay by his side until the end, garnering much support from viewers.

The agency requested, "Please allow the artist to respectfully send off his father with his family," adding that "scheduled activities are being adjusted with the understanding of all involved parties."

The funeral service will be held on the 31st at 7:20 AM, and the burial will take place in Dangjin, Chungnam.
