In a video released on the YouTube channel 'Sung Si-kyung' on the 18th, Ha Ji-won discussed her efforts to portray her character in the new ENA drama 'Climax.' She stated, "To break away from my healthy image, I intentionally altered my physique." She explained that she engaged in intense workouts and weight training to reduce muscle size, combined with stretching to create a long and lean appearance.
When Sung Si-kyung mentioned the positive feedback about her recent appearance, Ha Ji-won responded, "It's nice to hear compliments about my looks as I age." She revealed her secret to maintaining her figure, saying, "I consistently practice stretching exercises like yoga."

Ha Ji-won emphasized understanding the principles behind each exercise movement. She noted, "When I was younger, I followed my instructor's guidance, but now I assess my muscle condition and exercise accordingly. Checking my physical state and recognizing the effects during workouts increases efficiency."
She further explained her specific management approach, saying, "If I want to slim my arms, I focus on applying pressure to the exact area to send relaxation signals. It's similar to meditation, and I prefer engaging in a dialogue with my body."
