Heart Signal 3's Seo Eun-woo Calls for Dialogue with Absent Father of Her Child

Seo Eun-woo, formerly known as Seo Min-jae from Channel A's reality show 'Heart Signal 3', has publicly addressed the father of her child, referred to as Mr. A, who has been absent since the birth of their son.

On the 18th, Seo Eun-woo's legal representative from ON Law Office released a statement urging Mr. A, her former partner, to engage in discussions regarding the birth and upbringing of their child. The statement expressed, "Firstly, we deeply apologize for any concern caused by this personal matter. Seo Eun-woo's sole wish is for Mr. A to take responsibility as a father and engage in sincere dialogue and negotiation."

Currently Raising Her Child Alone in a Welfare Facility

The law office further explained, "Seo Eun-woo recently gave birth and is currently struggling to raise her child alone in a welfare facility without having fully recovered. There has been no concrete discussion or agreement with Mr. A regarding the child's birth and upbringing." They added, "In this situation, Seo Eun-woo hopes for at least minimal communication and agreement with Mr. A concerning the child's birth and upbringing."

Seo Eun-woo's Response to Legal Actions by Mr. A

Seo Eun-woo's legal team stated, "Mr. A has initiated civil and criminal legal actions against Seo Eun-woo, and the procedures are ongoing. Recently, there was an unfounded accusation that a hospital document submitted by Seo Eun-woo was forged. However, our legal team has confirmed that the document is genuine." They continued, "Seo Eun-woo has not filed any criminal charges or lawsuits for damages against Mr. A, except for a paternity suit to protect the child's rights."

Future Outlook

Finally, Seo Eun-woo's side expressed, "Seo Eun-woo sincerely hopes for an amicable agreement with the child's father to prevent any unnecessary emotional harm to the child regarding their birth."

Previously, Seo Min-jae announced her pregnancy in May last year and gave birth to her son in December. Before the birth, she revealed that Mr. A had disappeared, disclosing his identity, including his name and university, which led to controversy. Subsequently, Mr. A filed charges against Seo Min-jae for violating the Stalking Punishment Act, defamation under the Information and Communications Network Act, confinement, and assault.

Seo Eun-woo's legal representative from ON Law Office concluded, "The door for dialogue is always open. We hope for sincere discussions prioritizing the child's welfare and rights."
