BLACKPINK's Jisoo Expresses Nostalgia for Co-Stars Amidst 'Monthly Boyfriend' Promotions
BLACKPINK member and actress Jisoo has officially begun promoting her Netflix drama 'Monthly Boyfriend', capturing attention with her heartfelt message to her co-stars.

On the 11th, Jisoo shared a post on her social media, writing "Miss you all" alongside photos from the 'Monthly Boyfriend' set. In the images, Jisoo is seen in a semi-formal outfit with an ID badge around her neck, striking a V pose against an office studio backdrop. She is all smiles with her fellow actors, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.

In 'Monthly Boyfriend', Jisoo plays the lead role of Mirae, a webtoon PD exhausted by reality, who subscribes to a virtual dating simulation service, encountering a new 'virtual boyfriend' each month in this romantic comedy.

Previously, Jisoo faced criticism regarding her acting skills, with some arguing that her performance detracted from the show's immersion. In Korea, debates have intensified over whether Jisoo's efforts were lacking. However, despite the controversy, the show continues to be a hit. TIME magazine praised 'Monthly Boyfriend' as an "enjoyable piece that effectively unfolds a female-centric romance narrative."

Meanwhile, as of the 11th, 'Monthly Boyfriend' has made it to Netflix's global TOP 10 list for non-English TV shows, based on viewership from the 2nd to the 8th.
