In the video, she revealed, "During my flight attendant preparation days, I lost weight to 50kg by starving myself for modeling gigs, but after joining the airline, I gained weight due to the delicious in-flight meals." She confessed, "I felt a great fear when I could no longer increase my uniform size."

Sung Hae-eun explained her method, "Intermittent fasting turned into intermittent binge eating, and starving diets made me prone to weight gain." She added, "I control my blood sugar with a diet of fiber, protein, and carbohydrates, and I replaced refined carbs with complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes. I stopped eating late-night snacks and maintain a clean diet at home to balance out eating out."

Sung Hae-eun, who transitioned from a flight attendant to an influencer with 1.3 million subscribers, recently revealed that she purchased a high-end apartment worth over 5 billion KRW on her own. Her success story, from a challenging past to her current achievements, has garnered significant attention from netizens.
