Influencer Sung Hae-eun Captivates with Stunning Beauty and Shares Weight Loss Journey
Recently, Sung Hae-eun posted a photo on her Instagram with the caption "tied hair."
In the photo, Sung Hae-eun is seen wearing a black off-shoulder knit that reveals her shoulder line, with her hair neatly tied back. She holds a small digital camera to take a selfie, and a thin necklace adds a touch of elegance to her naturally exposed neckline and collarbone, creating a calm yet sophisticated impression.
In another photo, she is seen in a studio space with large windows and blinds, holding the camera directly in front of her while gently tilting her head. The minimalistic background, featuring a gray pillar and ceiling lights, contrasts with her black outfit, emphasizing her facial features and makeup.
In the final photo, she is seen sitting in front of a mirror, holding a camera, with her reflection showing the silhouette of her tied hair and the necklace falling down her neck. Her full body and black boots are reflected in the mirror, blending naturally with the overall atmosphere of the space.
Previously, Sung Hae-eun shared on her YouTube channel how she lost weight from 70kg to 50kg. In the video, she revealed, "During my flight attendant preparation days, I lost weight to 50kg by starving myself for modeling gigs, but after joining the airline, I gained weight due to the delicious in-flight meals." She confessed, "I felt a great fear when I could no longer increase my uniform size."
Sung Hae-eun explained her method, "Intermittent fasting turned into intermittent binge eating, and starving diets made me prone to weight gain." She added, "I control my blood sugar with a diet of fiber, protein, and carbohydrates, and I replaced refined carbs with complex carbs like brown rice and sweet potatoes. I stopped eating late-night snacks and maintain a clean diet at home to balance out eating out."
Born in 1994, Sung Hae-eun gained public recognition through the TVING original variety show 'Transit Love 2.' She is currently active in both broadcasting and YouTube. After appearing on 'Transit Love 2,' she left her five-year career at Korean Air to pursue a career as a YouTuber and influencer.
