Actor Park Si-hoo Becomes a TikTok Sensation Amidst Earnings Controversy
Actor Park Si-hoo has become a skilled TikToker.

On the 4th, Park Si-hoo shared a video on his Instagram with a purple heart emoji, without any additional comment.

The video shows Park Si-hoo hosting a TikTok live stream. He is seen in what appears to be a pension, enjoying roasted sweet potatoes and interacting with viewers in a calm mukbang session.

Previously, there were online claims that "Park Si-hoo earns 500 million won just by sitting," regarding his TikTok activities. However, a close associate of Park Si-hoo refuted these claims in an interview, stating, "That's not true at all. He doesn't earn millions, and due to TikTok's structure, he has to pay over 50-70% in taxes."

Despite this clarification, some netizens commented, "I checked out Park Si-hoo's TikTok because he was ranked number one, but he was just sitting there silently. Yet, he makes money like that," and "Why doesn't he interact in a place meant for interaction? He just sits there calling out names. Making money seems so easy."

Park Si-hoo debuted in 2005 through the KBS drama 'Delightful Girl Choon-Hyang.' He has since starred in 'Iljimae,' 'The Princess' Man,' 'My Golden Life,' and films like 'Confession of Murder' and 'Scent.'

However, in 2013, he was accused of sexual assault and harassment after allegedly taking an aspiring actress, A, home while intoxicated with his acquaintance, Mr. Kim. Park Si-hoo's side counter-sued for false accusations, and the case was closed without indictment after the alleged victim withdrew her complaint.
