2NE1's Sandara Park Denies Drug Allegations Amid Tensions with Park Bom

Sandara Park, a member of the popular K-pop group 2NE1, has publicly denied drug-related allegations made by fellow group member Park Bom. The tension between the two has escalated, with Sandara unfollowing Park Bom on social media.

On October 4th, Sandara Park took to her social media to assert, "I have never done drugs. I hope she (Park Bom) stays healthy." She also posted an English statement to reach her international fans, reiterating her innocence.

Currently, Sandara Park has unfollowed Park Bom on Instagram, fueling speculation about a rift between the two long-time collaborators.

The controversy began on October 3rd when Park Bom addressed past allegations regarding the import of amphetamine-containing medication, Adderall, on her social media. She claimed it was for treating ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and mentioned Sandara Park in her explanation.

In 2014, it was revealed that Park Bom had brought Adderall, prescribed to her in the U.S. in 2010, into South Korea. The prosecution concluded the case without charges, considering the medication was for treatment purposes.
