She explained, "During my preparation to become a flight attendant, I lost weight down to 50kg by starving myself for modeling gigs, but after joining the airline, the delicious in-flight meals caused me to gain weight rapidly." She added, "I felt a great fear when I had to keep increasing my uniform size until there was no larger size available," which prompted her to start her weight loss journey.

After trying various methods, she found that the key to managing her weight was a combination of diet and personalized exercise routines. Seong Hae-eun pointed out, "Intermittent fasting eventually led to binge eating, and starvation diets resulted in a body prone to weight gain," as she introduced her three main principles.

Her primary dietary management involves eating in the order of fiber, protein, and carbohydrates to control blood sugar levels, consuming complex carbohydrates like brown rice and sweet potatoes instead of refined carbs, and completely avoiding late-night snacks. She added, "While I enjoy eating out, I maintain a strict clean diet at home to keep balance."

She also emphasized the importance of physical activity, stating, "Improving your fitness changes your quality of life and kindness." She shared her experiences with various activities such as fitness, yoga, and ballet. She continued, "I found that high-energy workouts like CrossFit suited my personality better than static exercises. It's important for everyone to find an activity they enjoy."

Finally, Seong Hae-eun encouraged, "It's okay if you only stick to it for three days. If you start again the day after failing, our bodies graciously accept it. Never give up, and manage yourself with love and health."
