Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan Joins 'Hangout with Yoo' as a Regular Cast Member

Comedian Heo Kyung-hwan, known for creating popular catchphrases like 'Unbalance' and 'Isn't this the taste?', has officially joined the regular cast of MBC's variety show 'Hangout with Yoo', entering the so-called 'Yoo Jae-suk line'.

On the 3rd, the 'Hangout with Yoo' team updated the list of regular cast members on various portal sites to include Heo Kyung-hwan. Prior to this announcement, the show hinted at his addition by updating their official YouTube channel artwork with four symbolic characters. Alongside the existing characters of Mountain Goat (Yoo Jae-suk), Hamster (Haha), and Fox (Joo Woo-jae), a Capybara character was added, catching the attention of fans.

Previously, Heo Kyung-hwan had been rumored to join as a regular member due to his consistent appearances with the existing cast. He expressed his commitment by stating, "Despite my busy schedule, I keep Thursdays open for 'Hangout with Yoo' recordings," showing his eagerness to become a permanent member. Following the news of his joining, online comments have been filled with support and excitement.

Meanwhile, 'Hangout with Yoo' has been operating with three members since actor Lee Yi-kyung left the show last year due to personal controversies. With Heo Kyung-hwan officially joining Yoo Jae-suk, Haha, and Joo Woo-jae, viewers are eager to see what role he will play in the program moving forward.
