Korean Actor Kim Seung-hyun Reunites with Daughter and Future Son-in-Law After Two Years

Korean actor Kim Seung-hyun recently had a heartfelt reunion with his daughter, Kim Soo-bin, and her boyfriend, Park Soo-young.

On November 1st, the YouTube channel 'Gwangsan Kim Family' released a video titled 'Soo-bin, You Must Be Happy for a Long Time...?' capturing the special meeting.

During the reunion, which marked their first meeting in two years, Kim Seung-hyun inquired about his daughter's boyfriend's recent life updates.

When Park Soo-young revealed that he had received a promotion and now earns over 100 million won annually, Kim Seung-hyun congratulated him, saying, "Congratulations to our son-in-law. You're doing better than me." He advised his daughter, "Hold onto Soo-young tightly. He's recognized for working hard without distractions."

In response to the job-related conversation, Kim Soo-bin sighed, "It feels like he's a job applicant in an interview." Her boyfriend humorously revealed, "She drinks too much and doesn't save money."

Park Soo-young also shared his work stress, saying, "It's stressful when younger colleagues don't listen to me despite my age." Kim Soo-bin, showing her 'MZ generation bossy attitude,' commented, "I don't understand why someone with a five-day workweek complains about work-life balance or refuses company dinners. You should just do as you're told and be mindful in social settings."

Kim Seung-hyun was surprised by his daughter's perspective, remarking, "I'm not the bossy one; you are."

Park Soo-young expressed his plans, saying, "I thought about moving out, but since my salary is high for my age, I'm planning to endure it." Kim Soo-bin responded, "Making plans stresses me out. I'll just go with the flow."

Kim Seung-hyun also shared about his relationship with his wife, writer Jang Jung-yoon, saying, "We bicker but are adjusting to each other." He showed his affection for his future son-in-law by gifting him a caricature and buying him clothes, excluding sale items.
