Korean Actress Son Tae-young Shares Her American Life and Family Stories

Korean actress Son Tae-young recently shared insights into her life in the United States and her family stories.

On the 28th, the YouTube channel 'Mrs. New Jersey Son Tae-young' released a video titled 'How Does American Mom Son Tae-young Spend Her Week? (+17-year-old Son Luke's First Driving)'.

In the video, Son Tae-young revealed her high school senior son Luke practicing driving. She explained, "Finally, Luke has started his driving practice. He took the written test at school, and after 50 hours of practice, he can take the driving test."

Son Tae-young humorously shared that her son asked his uncle, instead of his father, actor Kwon Sang-woo, to help with his driving practice, saying, "He thought he might end up arguing with his dad." Watching her son drive nervously, she joked, "He'll be back today, right?"

Son Tae-young also mentioned, "Kwon Sang-woo came to New Jersey," adding, "He slept for 15 hours. He says he sleeps well here, which wasn't the case before," sharing a change in her husband's habits.

When a friend joked, "Your face looks smaller than three days ago. Is it because your husband is here?" Son Tae-young laughed it off, saying, "Maybe it's because of exercise, not because of my husband."

Son Tae-young revealed plans to buy skis for her daughter Ri-ho and visit a ski resort, saying, "Choi Ga-on, who recently won a gold medal, is impressive. I used to ski when I was young, but after feeling scared during a descent, I couldn't do it anymore. Now, I just sled when I go to ski resorts."

She added, "My husband loves snowboarding. Luke prefers skiing, but with the soccer season starting in March, he might not go. My son has recently taken an interest in fashion, but he can't wear his dad's clothes because they don't fit his waist. He's too slim."

Meanwhile, Son Tae-young showed her affection for her husband by gifting Kwon Sang-woo a limited edition Bluetooth speaker worth $600 (approximately 830,000 KRW).
