Kim recently shared videos and photos on her personal channel, showing Lee Ha-neul and Jung Jae-yong performing their hit song 'Run To You' while she danced enthusiastically.
Some netizens reported this to the district office, claiming it violated food sanitation laws, which restrict singing or dancing in general restaurants. Violations can lead to a 1-month suspension for the first offense, 2 months for the second, and license cancellation or closure for the third. Lee Ha-neul expressed his frustration on a personal broadcast, stating, "Kim Gyu-ri danced excitedly after we sang a song, which led to the report. We weren't conducting illegal business or profiting from it, yet we were inspected."
The statement further emphasized, "The spread of baseless fake news and distorted information is a serious issue that threatens the livelihoods of our customers, employees, and partners." They have appointed legal representation to address the defamation and false information, and they plan to use all legal means to hold those responsible accountable.
Finally, 'Hyeongje Gopchang' pledged to "strive for more thorough hygiene management and ingredient quality control" as a result of this incident.
