Comedian Nam Chang-hee Marries Actress Yoon Young-kyung, Former Reality Show Star
Comedian Nam Chang-hee recently tied the knot with actress Yoon Young-kyung, who has been revealed as his wife. Yoon's past appearance on a dating reality show is now being revisited.

In 2019, Yoon Young-kyung appeared on MBN's dating reality show 'Before Some Rise,' where she showcased her lively personality, contrasting with her innocent appearance. During the show, Yoon candidly expressed her feelings to her date, saying, "I was a bit disappointed you chose Minji (another female contestant) yesterday."

When asked by scuba diving instructor Gil-hwan (a male contestant) why she didn't have a boyfriend despite her beauty, Yoon replied, "I guess I haven't really thought about having a boyfriend." Throughout the show, Yoon continued to engage in cheerful and lively dates with male contestants, building a strong love line and leaving a lasting impression on viewers.

Yoon Young-kyung and Nam Chang-hee held their wedding ceremony at the Dynasty Hall of the Shilla Hotel in Jung-gu, Seoul, on the 22nd. The couple became husband and wife approximately 1 year and 7 months after their relationship became public in July 2024.

Yoon Young-kyung graduated from Dongduk Women's University's Department of Broadcasting and Entertainment. She gained recognition by winning the 'Sun' title at the 83rd National Chunhyang Selection Contest in 2013. A year later, she debuted in the film 'Ode to My Father' and appeared in dramas such as 'Splendid Politics,' 'Ms. Temper & Nam Jung-gi,' the web drama 'The Most Perfect Confession Scam,' and the movie 'Hot Blooded.' Notably, she gained attention on MBC's variety show 'Infinite Challenge,' where she was dubbed the 'Han River IU.'
