Lim Young-woong Tops Popularity Poll as Most Liked Male Trot Singer

Lim Young-woong has been voted as the most liked male trot singer in a recent poll.

From October 12 to 18, Ten Asia conducted a poll asking, 'Which male trot singer's popularity has increased the most recently?' Lim Young-woong secured the top spot.

On October 17, Lim Young-woong's first studio album 'IM HERO' surpassed 4.5 billion streams on Melon. Released on May 2, 2022, the album includes 12 tracks, featuring the title song 'Will We Meet Again'. Lim Young-woong is also set to hold a solo concert, 'Lim Young-woong I'm Hero Stadium 2', at the Goyang Sports Complex Main Stadium in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, this September.

Singer Song Min-jun took second place. He is scheduled to perform at the 'Song For You·Yanggu County Residents Concert' on October 28 at 5 PM at the Yanggu Culture and Sports Center. The concert ticket price is 12,000 KRW, with 10,000 KRW refunded as Yanggu Love Gift Certificates at the venue.

In third place is singer Kim Joong-yeon. Recently, Kim appeared on MBN's 'Family Harmony' with his mother. During the show, he shared, "I've been close with my mother like a neighborhood friend since childhood. We've always been affectionate, which has strengthened our bond," bringing smiles to viewers.

Currently, the Top Ten Ten Asia website is hosting polls on topics such as 'Which male singer would you like to go on a walk date with?', 'Which female singer would you like to go on a walk date with?', 'Which male trot singer would you like to go on a walk date with?', and 'Which female trot singer would you like to go on a walk date with?'.
