Lim Young-woong Tops Poll as Most Desired Trot Singer to Share Fish-shaped Pastry With in Cold Weather

Lim Young-woong has once again proven his immense popularity by being voted the number one trot singer people want to share a fish-shaped pastry with during a cold snap.

From November 4th to 10th, TenAsia conducted a poll asking, 'Which male trot singer would you like to eat fish-shaped pastry with during a cold snap?' Lim Young-woong emerged as the winner.

On November 12th, Lim Young-woong expressed his gratitude to fans through an 'ASMR Trophy Cleaning' video, celebrating his milestone of 10 billion cumulative streams on Melon and reminiscing about his days before fame. Holding the trophy, he remarked, "This is an award not just anyone can receive," and thanked his fans, saying, "It's all thanks to you, Hero Generation, for listening to my songs so much. It's truly precious."

Song Min-jun secured the second spot. The Yanggu Cultural Foundation will host the 'SONG FOR YOU' concert for Yanggu residents on February 28th at 5 PM at the Yanggu Culture and Sports Center. The lineup includes Song Ga-in, the first winner of 'Miss Trot,' and Song Min-jun, who gained attention for his emotional performances on 'Mr. Trot 2.' Tickets are priced at 12,000 KRW, but attendees will receive a 10,000 KRW Yanggu Love Gift Certificate as a refund at the venue.

Kim Joong-yeon came in third. After completing his first performance in Japan, he shared photos from the stage with local audiences, updating fans on his current activities. The photos captured the atmosphere of the concert in Japan and his ongoing career momentum. Kim Joong-yeon left a brief message, "Thank you for my first Japan performance," expressing his gratitude for the solo stage debut in Japan and thanking his fans.
