Comedian Na-rae Park Returns to Screen in Disney+ Show Amid Legal Controversies
Premiering on November 11, 'Fate War 49' is a survival show featuring 49 fortune tellers, including shamans and physiognomists, who test their destinies through various missions. Na-rae Park joins the show as a host alongside Hyun-moo Jeon, Ha-sun Park, Shindong, and Ji-young Kang.
In the broadcast, Na-rae Park was introduced as the 'Messenger of Fate', showcasing her presence in a striking golden dress and crown. She expressed her excitement, saying, "I am here with a thrilled and joyful heart. Everyone, make me shiver with anticipation."
Given her recent hiatus from broadcasting due to multiple controversies, her appearance on this show was highly anticipated. Disney+ has decided not to edit out her segments from the program.
Meanwhile, Na-rae Park has been embroiled in legal disputes with two former managers since December last year. The former managers have filed charges against her at the Gangnam Police Station for special assault, defamation, and violations of the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation).
There are a total of seven cases involving Na-rae Park, with six being handled by the Gangnam Police Station and one by the Yongsan Police Station. The police are also reviewing the 'Auntie Drunk' incident, which was revealed during the former managers' allegations of mistreatment.
