Actor Kim Seon-ho Faces Tax Evasion Allegations Amid Family Corporation Controversy
A representative from Kim Seon-ho's agency, Fantagio, confirmed on the 3rd, "It is true that he temporarily received settlements from his previous agency after establishing a corporation in January 2024."
Typically, individual income is subject to a maximum income tax rate of 49.5%, while corporations are taxed at a maximum rate of 19%. This structure has led some to speculate that Kim Seon-ho may have been attempting to reduce his tax burden.
