Korean Entertainer Kim Young-chul Earns Japanese Language Certification
On November 2, Kim Young-chul shared a post on his Instagram story, stating, "Passing score is 95, and I got 96. Haha, is my score a comedy too!" along with a photo.
The photo revealed that Kim Young-chul recently took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test and achieved an N3 level. He narrowly passed by scoring one point above the cutoff of 180 points. This achievement is particularly meaningful as it comes shortly after the start of the new year.
Following his success, Kim Young-chul expressed his ambition by saying, "I'm considering going for N2," indicating his plans for further goals.
Meanwhile, Kim Young-chul has self-studied English in South Korea. He has been actively engaging with listeners every morning as the host of SBS Radio's 'Kim Young-chul's PowerFM.'
