Actor Jung Sung-il Shares Gratitude and Updates Amid Personal Changes

Actor Jung Sung-il's recent updates have captured public attention.

Recently, Jung Sung-il took to Instagram to express his gratitude, stating, "Thank you so much for '2025 War, Murderer Report'!! I am grateful to everyone who was part of it~ I will return with another great project!!"

Previously, Jung Sung-il faced a personal change after nine years of marriage. A media outlet reported that Jung Sung-il and his wife decided to part ways after much consideration, completing the process amicably. The couple married in 2016 and have a son born in 2017.

Born in 1980, Jung Sung-il debuted in the 2002 film 'H' and has appeared in films like 'The Policeman's Lineage' and dramas such as 'The Uncanny Counter' and 'Stranger 2.' After a long period of obscurity, his role as Ha Do-young, the husband of Park Yeon-jin (played by Lim Ji-yeon), in the 2023 Netflix drama 'The Glory' significantly boosted his domestic and international recognition.
