Comedian Hong Hyun-hee recently opened up about a major accident she experienced on stage in the past.

Appearing on Jang Yoon-jeong's channel 'Jang Factory Jang Yoon-jeong,' Hong shared, "When I was young, my mom enrolled me in figure skating, which improved my sense of balance."

Lee Eun-hyung recalled, "You once fell off the stage while running barefoot and lost your balance," to which Hong explained, "I fell into a manhole and my leg got torn." Lee Eun-hyung added, "But you managed to climb back up thanks to your athletic skills."

Hong continued, "Someone helped pull me up, but I got stabbed by a nail, tearing my calf. I had to get stitches without anesthesia in the emergency room and received a 10-year tetanus shot."

Hong humorously recounted, "I went in like a mole but had to come out on my own. You can't rely on others for your own body." When Lee Eun-hyung expressed surprise at the severity of the incident, Hong lightheartedly concluded, "We didn't even win first place in our comedy segment back then."
