On October 24, Jeong Dong-won's agency, Showplay Entertainment, confirmed, "Jeong Dong-won applied to the Marine Corps and recently received his acceptance notice. He is scheduled to enter the Marine Corps training camp on February 23, 2026, to fulfill his national defense duties diligently."
