Dubai Adventure: Park Myung-soo and SHINee's Minho Shine Amid Key's Absence
On October 20, the YouTube channel 'Hal Myung-soo' released the second part of their Dubai trip featuring Park Myung-soo and SHINee's Minho. The first part, released on October 12, sparked controversy as it included Key, who had announced a hiatus from activities. In response, the production team announced on October 19 that the release of the second part would be delayed to October 20 at 5:30 PM due to internal reasons.
In the newly released episode, most scenes featuring Key were carefully edited out, acknowledging his hiatus. The production team ensured that Key's presence was minimized, showing only his back or hands when necessary.
While dining, Park Myung-soo shared a humorous yet cautionary tale about his past experiences on 'Infinite Challenge,' where he once ate hot food with his hands and even food that fell on the ground, earning him the nickname 'Cool Myung-soo' but also resulting in hepatitis A.
At the 54th-floor observation deck, Park Myung-soo and Minho exchanged witty banter, while Key was only shown from behind. The duo also purchased Dubai chocolates during their visit.
The following day, Park Myung-soo and Minho participated in the Dubai Run, which attracted 300,000 participants. Minho impressively finished the 5km run in 19 minutes and 56 seconds, securing first place. He remarked, "Someone tried to overtake me near the end, but I had to show the strength of Korea," with a smile. Despite falling behind, Park Myung-soo persevered, finishing in 35 minutes and 5 seconds, stating, "If I can't do this, how can I achieve anything bigger?"
In the final farewell, Key briefly appeared without audio. Minho expressed gratitude, saying, "We worked well together, and I appreciate Myung-soo hyung for being considerate." Viewers and subscribers praised the production team's efforts, commenting, "It really seemed like just the two of them went," "The editing was incredible," and "This is much better than making the video private."
