Lee Mi-joo Shares Hilarious Anecdotes and Life Advice on YouTube

Former Lovelyz member Lee Mi-joo recently shared a humorous story about being slapped by her older sister.

On October 4th, Lee Mi-joo's YouTube channel 'Just Lee Mi-joo' released a video titled 'A Collection of Dopamine-Inducing Concerns (feat. Love Expert)'.

In the video, Lee Mi-joo unexpectedly became a counselor for young people's concerns. She expressed her surprise, saying, "A counselor? I'm not qualified for that," and hesitated to enter the lecture room upon seeing the waiting audience. The production team humorously urged her, "Why is a celebrity shy? Just go in already."

The 'counseling session' began with Lee Mi-joo boasting, "I have 25 years of experience in love, 20 years in reunions, and 15 years in workplace concerns. My specialty is love."

When asked how to reject a confession from a male friend while having a boyfriend, Lee Mi-joo confidently stated, "I'm 32 years old this year. I've been rejecting confessions for 15 years, starting from middle school," showcasing her popularity.

She advised, "You have to reject firmly. If you worry about hurting their feelings, they'll be more drawn to you. Just say, 'I can't see you as a man,' and greet them casually the next day. That sets the boundary as friends."

In response to a follow-up question about what to do if the admirer continues to pursue after rejection, Lee Mi-joo humorously suggested, "Blame it on astrology. Say, 'I have a lot of fire in my chart, and so do you. We shouldn't meet.' Or say, 'I'm about to receive a spiritual calling.'"

When asked about accidentally passing gas in front of a boyfriend after a month of dating, Lee Mi-joo shared her own experience, "I squatted down and it made a 'poof' sound. I just laughed it off. Laugh it off cutely. If you try to hide it with a cough, it makes the atmosphere awkward."

Lee Mi-joo also revealed a story about a sibling fight with her older sister, who is two years her senior and gained attention for her appearance on MBC's 'Hangout with Yoo' and her witty banter with singer DinDin.

Regarding a story about borrowing her sister's clothes, Lee Mi-joo advised, "You'll always get caught if you secretly wear your sister's clothes. Just kneel and honestly ask to borrow them, and she'll lend them to you."

She then surprised viewers by confessing, "Does anyone else have an older sister? Have you ever been slapped by her? I got slapped so hard my eardrum burst. I talked back to her, saying, 'Who do you think you are?' and got slapped, and my ear was ringing."
