The building, acquired by Lee Byung-hun, spans a land area of 732㎡ and a total floor area of 2494.76㎡, with two basement levels and six above-ground floors.

Additionally, Lee Byung-hun bought a building in Yeongdeungpo-gu in 2018 for 26 billion KRW and sold it three years later for 36.8 billion KRW, making a profit of 10.6 billion KRW. It is reported that he earned approximately 1.2 billion KRW annually in rental income before the sale.
