Actor Byun Yoon-seok Signs Exclusive Contract with Hyper Nine Entertainment, Announces New Beginnings

Actor Byun Yoon-seok has signed an exclusive contract with Hyper Nine Entertainment, signaling a fresh start in his career. He will also be changing his stage name from Seo Woo-jin to his real name, Byun Yoon-seok.

On the 19th, Hyper Nine Entertainment stated, "Byun Yoon-seok is an actor who has showcased his presence in various works with his stable acting and deep character interpretation. We will provide full support to help him expand his activities based on his solid acting skills accumulated over a long period."

Byun Yoon-seok has delivered trustworthy performances and dense character portrayals in numerous dramas, including MBC's 'Kokdu: Season of Deity,' 'Good Person,' tvN's 'Cross,' 'Queen In-hyun's Man,' KBS1's 'Jeong Do-jeon,' and 'Nine: Nine Times Time Travel.'

In films like 'The Princess and the Matchmaker,' 'Gangnam Blues,' 'My Sister,' 'The Plan,' and 'The Fatal Encounter,' he has demonstrated a wide range of acting skills, from delicate emotional performances to realistic everyday acting. Having previously worked under the stage name Seo Woo-jin, he now plans to continue his career under his real name, Byun Yoon-seok, hinting at a new image and acting expansion.

Announcing his new start with a new agency, Byun Yoon-seok is currently reviewing offers for various genres and is considering his next project. He plans to expand his activities through diverse formats of content, including dramas and films.
