She recounted buying a villa at a young age, negotiating to exclude basic interior costs, and redesigning it herself. "Villas don't usually sell well, but because the interior was beautiful, people wanted to buy it immediately," she said.

She also shared her dream of owning a house by the sea, inspired by her overseas performances. During a trip to Gangwon Province, she visited a village by the Yangyang beach and decided to buy land there to build a surfer house, driven by her interest in surfing at the time.
