Actress Yoon Jin-yi has shared her secrets for overcoming postpartum weight loss challenges and hair loss.

On the 21st, Yoon Jin-yi's YouTube channel 'Real Yoon Jin-yi' released a video titled 'Postpartum Hair Loss? The Magic 5kg? Finally Solved. Revealing the Secrets of an Actress's Postpartum Care.'

In the video, Yoon Jin-yi proudly showcased her 46kg weight, stating, "Doesn't it look like I've lost some weight? The stubborn 5kg wouldn't budge, but suddenly it just dropped," as she revealed her postpartum care routine.

Yoon Jin-yi began with daily running. She explained, "While some people go to the sauna to sweat when dieting, I've heard that only water weight is lost that way. Real toxins are expelled when you sweat," adding humorously, "I only run for about 30 minutes. I don't want to run any longer."

Yoon Jin-yi, who finds joy in running, shared, "Taking care of the baby, cooking, and cleaning every day leaves little energy. Running is my favorite time. It's one of the energizers in my life. I quickly leave the baby with my husband before he goes to work and run for just 30 minutes. It makes a real difference in my day," she confessed about her parenting reality.

After regaining her body a year after her first child, Yoon Jin-yi said, "This time, it took six months. I started earlier because I heard it takes longer to recover after the second child." On overcoming the '5kg' hurdle, she explained, "Even starving didn't help, so I studied ways to detox."

Yoon Jin-yi shared her regimen: "I started by changing my water, eating probiotics (yogurt), drinking detox juices, quitting coffee, avoiding social gatherings for three weeks, not eating delivery food, and avoiding foods with flour and sugar."

Having confessed to losing handfuls of hair, Yoon Jin-yi now reports, "My hair has fully grown back," sharing her hair loss recovery update. With new hair growth and increased volume, she humorously flipped her hair, saying, "You can't see any gaps now."

She attributed her recovery to regularly cooling her scalp and emphasized the importance of sufficient protein intake. Revealing her 3-week, 5kg weight loss routine, Yoon Jin-yi advised, "There's no need to suddenly reduce food intake. Unless you plan to eat that little for life, the weight will come back."

Meanwhile, Yoon Jin-yi married financial professional Kim Tae-geun in 2022, and they have two daughters.
