Dubbed the 'modern Simcheong', Blue Blind reimagines the familiar tale with a global sensibility. Park Hae-mi, CEO of Blue Blind, explains, "The story portrays Simcheong as a proactive woman who chooses her own path and confronts the world, evolving from the traditional image of a filial daughter to a symbol of freedom and awakening."

The production also emphasizes modern aesthetics in stage design and effects, incorporating the latest technology in set design, lighting, and sound to create a dazzling fantasy and sensory experience. A unique 'after-party' program allows audiences to engage with the cast and experience various aspects of Korean culture, including K-food, K-beauty, and K-fashion. Revenue streams are diversified through OTT streaming, merchandise sales, brand placements, and international tours.
