Actress Lee Da-hae Shares Personal Struggles Amid Busy Schedule

Actress Lee Da-hae recently opened up about her challenging circumstances.

On the 30th, Lee Da-hae took to Instagram to share, "Living a hectic life traveling between Korea and China, it's been difficult to manage my condition." She added, "My immune system seems to be down, leading to allergies, poor sleep quality, and my skin deteriorating quickly."

Lee continued, "Why do women have so much to do? From household chores to work outside, and managing skin, nails, scalp, body, and health... not to mention taking care of my husband, who requires the most attention🤣." She expressed her frustration, saying, "At this rate, I might lose my mental health while trying to care for everything🥲."

She further shared, "These days, I'm trying to learn to let go rather than fill up. Sometimes, it's necessary to give yourself a break and practice caring less🌿."

Previously, on the 5th, Lee revealed on her social media that her pet dog had passed away, crossing the rainbow bridge. She wrote, "It's been three months already, but it still feels unbelievable. My beloved pet left my side with such a lovely and beautiful presence until the very end."

Born in 1984, Lee Da-hae is 40 years old this year. She married singer Se7en, who is the same age, in May 2023 after seven years of public dating. The couple does not have children, and Lee had been raising her pet dog, Grayton, with Se7en since before their marriage.
