Actress Nam Bo-ra Celebrates KakaoTalk's Reversion to Previous Interface

Actress Nam Bo-ra expressed her relief and joy as her concerns about a recent inconvenience were addressed.

On the 29th, Nam Bo-ra shared a brief message on her Instagram story, saying, "Phew... Thank goodness. I was worried it wouldn't change...!" along with a photo.

The photo revealed the news that Kakao would revert the KakaoTalk home screen to its previous version. Previously, Nam Bo-ra, along with singer Lee Young-ji and others, had expressed their dismay over the sudden update of KakaoTalk.

Kakao announced that after six days of the update, they would restore the 'Friends Tab' on the KakaoTalk home screen to the previous 'Friends List' format. On the 29th, Kakao stated, "We plan to bring back the existing friends list as the first screen of the KakaoTalk friends tab, and the current feed-style posts will be accessible through a separate news menu."

Meanwhile, Nam Bo-ra, the eldest daughter in a family of 13 siblings, gained attention even before her debut in the entertainment industry. She appeared in shows like 'Human Theater' and 'Angels' Chorus,' where she touched many viewers by taking care of her younger siblings.

She has built her filmography with roles in dramas such as 'Glory Jane,' 'The Moon Embracing the Sun,' 'Hyo-shim's Independent Life,' and films like 'New Year Blues' and 'My Brilliant Revenge.'

In May, Nam Bo-ra tied the knot with a current youth counselor. The couple reportedly met during a volunteer activity in 2019 and developed a romantic relationship.
