Ji Suk-jin Explores New Career Opportunities in YouTube Video

Ji Suk-jin, known for his YouTube channel 'Jipyeonhan World,' has revealed that he is exploring new job opportunities.

On the 26th, a video titled 'Ji Suk-jin's Reemployment Success Story - Jipyeonhan World Ministry of Employment and Labor Edition' was uploaded to his channel.

In the video, Ji Suk-jin took on the role of a 'one-day employee' at the Employment Welfare Plus Center. He humorously questioned his ability to perform the job, saying, "Can I do this well? I've never worked in an office before," showcasing his entertainer persona.

Ji Suk-jin shared a past anecdote, revealing for the first time that he once applied to Cheil Worldwide but was rejected at the document screening stage. He joked, "If I had been accepted, I might not have become an entertainer," bringing laughter to the viewers.

While traveling, the production team mentioned that Ji Suk-jin has been receiving compliments on his hairstyle. He proudly stated, "My hair stylist also works with BLACKPINK and travels with them on their overseas tours."

Meeting with a representative at the Employment Welfare Plus Center, Ji Suk-jin expressed his eagerness to work, saying, "Feel free to put me to work today. I'm looking for a job." He conducted interviews with job seekers of various ages at the center.

Assigned to a guidance role, Ji Suk-jin humorously admitted, "I can't read the text because of my presbyopia," as he struggled to read content on his smartphone. When recognized by citizens who wanted to take photos, he generously offered, "I have no image rights. Feel free to take pictures," providing ample fan service.

Ji Suk-jin met with job seekers waiting for interviews and offered impromptu interview tips. He advised, "Don't self-pat. It makes you look unconfident. Make eye contact and speak confidently."

To a job seeker who expressed a lack of confidence, he offered encouraging words, saying, "Think, 'Don't you recognize me? It's your loss,' and approach it with that mindset." He added, "I hope you succeed in this short relationship. Life is what it is," offering his support.

Ji Suk-jin, who has been active in the entertainment industry for 30 years, expressed his desire to explore new opportunities if they arise. Previously, on SBS's 'Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 - You Are My Destiny,' he had revealed his thoughts about retiring at 50 to pursue a second life, drawing attention.
