Lee Min-jung Amazed by Lee Byung-hun's Global Popularity During Venice Trip

Actress Lee Min-jung was taken aback by her husband Lee Byung-hun's international fame.

On the 23rd, Lee Min-jung's YouTube channel featured a video titled 'Jun-hoo, Your Mom and Dad Are on a Date LOL MJ♥BH Holiday Glimpse.'

In the video, Lee Min-jung shared her travel experiences in Venice with her husband, Lee Byung-hun. Despite having less than 500,000 subscribers, Lee Byung-hun appeared with his face blurred, which drew sympathy from viewers.

While strolling through the streets of Venice, Lee Min-jung was surprised by Lee Byung-hun's recognition abroad. She humorously remarked, "I told my husband I'd give him 10 euros every time someone recognized him without a mask, and it's already over 100 euros."

She sighed, "I underestimated the power of 'Squid Game,'" and added, "It's amazing how people recognize him even with sunglasses on. I thought foreigners couldn't easily distinguish Asian faces, but they do." A friend explained, "Lee Byung-hun's sunglasses look is too iconic," which brought laughter.

As more fans approached for photos, Lee Min-jung joked, "The money keeps increasing. I think I made the wrong bet," causing laughter.

During dinner, Lee Min-jung and Lee Byung-hun showcased their playful chemistry. Lee Min-jung exclaimed, "Don't put too much lemon on the seafood," to which Lee Byung-hun replied, "It's for disinfection."

Lee Min-jung explained, "Eating two hours before bed is a major cause of reflux esophagitis," to which Lee Byung-hun retorted, "You always eat two hours before bed."

Lee Min-jung defended herself, saying, "I eat a couple of pieces of meat before bed because I can't eat anything while taking care of the baby," and added, "It's better than having two dinners and eating spicy beef soup with kimchi," playfully targeting Lee Byung-hun. He humorously blamed the music for the noise, making everyone laugh.

After dinner, more international fans recognized Lee Byung-hun, from street musicians to Korean fans. Lee Min-jung offered to buy him shoes, lamenting, "I didn't expect to lose money because of my big mouth. I didn't think it would cost 400,000 won."

The next day, Lee Min-jung and Lee Byung-hun enjoyed a gondola ride, a famous attraction in Venice. Lee Min-jung joked, "Maybe the blur will be removed. Give a pretty smile," but fans were still disappointed by the blurred face.

Meanwhile, Lee Min-jung visited Venice to support Lee Byung-hun's new film 'I Can't Help It,' which was selected for the competition section of the 82nd Venice International Film Festival. She expressed her longing for her children, saying, "My mom keeps sending me pictures of Seo-yi, and I miss the kids," showing an emotional side.
