Korean Singer Lee Juck Praises Junior Artist Lim Young-woong on YouTube Show

Renowned Korean singer Lee Juck recently expressed high praise for his junior, Lim Young-woong, during an appearance on the YouTube channel 'Yojung Jae-hyung'.

On October 14, a video titled 'Someone Flew to Jeju Island, Played for Just 6 Hours, and Returned to Seoul' was uploaded to the channel.

Upon Lee Juck's arrival, fellow artist Uhm Jung-hwa greeted him with a hug and complimented his improved skin. Lee Juck humorously admitted, "I had an Ulthera treatment," which elicited laughter.

Uhm Jung-hwa noted that this was only her second time working with Lee Juck on a broadcast, recalling their first collaboration in 1996 when they hosted a talk show on a boat on the Han River.

When interacting with their junior, Jeong Seung-hwan, who debuted 20 years after them, they asked if he felt comfortable around them. Jeong Seung-hwan responded, "You two are the most approachable seniors in the entertainment industry, although I haven't met Lee Juck many times yet."

Lee Juck shared, "I actually enjoy it when people treat me casually." He recounted an incident with the group Davichi and singer Lyn, where Lim Young-woong was surprised by how casually they interacted with him, asking, "Is this really okay?"

Referring to Lim Young-woong affectionately as 'Young-woong', Lee Juck praised him, saying, "We've become close now. He's charming and truly an upright young man."

Lee Juck also described Jeong Seung-hwan as a "church brother". Jeong Seung-hwan admired Lee Juck's professionalism, noting, "He suggested we talk when the cameras are rolling. I thought, 'He's a real pro.'"
